• Lenders loan only 70% of the value of the asset, thus the lender is in a secured position.

• Lender has every protection a bank does in a similar transaction. These include closing through a local Title Company, a Note and Deed of Trust, Mortgagee Title Insurance, Mortgagee on the insurance policy, etc.
